Health Insurance

My husband was in a car accident that resulted in a broken leg. After it was healed, another unrelated infection caused an infection in his broken leg. They are now going to have to remove the plate in his leg. Would this fall under my health insurance, or would my health insurance consider this the responsibility of the automotive insurance?

Re: Health Insurance

File under your health insurance. If you do not have a lawyer for the accident, get one unless your husband was at fault. You may also need to make a claim under your own auto insurance..an injury like this alone is worth substantial, then with infection more..and so many other damages...Get a lawyer..we would be happy to review..but do not wait..as you may need to make your health insurer pay..they can't make you wait for the other auto insurer to pay..But they will try..
