help!
my husband is not willing to give me half of this retirement and half of some money we r getting back from some work we did. he has taken me off the insurance for a car I have taken up payments on.I cant offard a a lawyer i'm doing this all on my own. I have a weekend job as a bartender and only work on saturady 2 times a week

You need a good family law attorney. Not having one can cost you far more than what you'll spend on the attorney. Sounds like your husband has already made it clear he doesn't want to share. You can see if you qualify for free legal aid. If not, I'd work more nights or find a second job to pay for an attorney. Many family law attorneys will accept payment plans.
