house rights while seperated
I am seperated from my soon to be ex wife . I have possesion of the house. Is she able to enter the house as she pleases ? The divorce papers are not yet signed by the judge.

Are there any temporary orders restricting the actions of the parties, or awarding the residence to you?
If you are concerned about the continuation of this behavior until the final decree is signed, then you should get some. On the other hand, if the decree is going to be signed soon, you might want to just wait it out.
You have to decide if her behavior is just annoying or if she poses any kind of threat.
