Is this legal malpractice
Would this be considered legal malpractice if a legal assistant quits 3 days into trial (during the trial) leaving the attorney to have a trial consultant(only hired to do the technical aspects of the trial) step up and help because the attorney is now kind of stumbling around the preparations?

Why's it malpractice? How is it the attorney's fault? The attorney can't prevent someone from quitting during the trial.
