I have previously been divorced and I have 2 children I now live with a man that has 2 children that is still married but seperated is that illeagal or can I have my children taken away from me for it? In the state of Va?

Yes, it's technically illegal(a violation of Va. Code statute Sec. 18.2-345 prohibiting lewd and lascivious cohabitation), but it's unlikely to be a basis for taking away your children.
