lunch break laws

Is it ok for an employer to make one employee punch out for lunch breaks and not the rest of the employees or is that considered discrimination?

Re: lunch break laws

it's bad work practice, but only discrimination if there is an impermissible distinct drawn between employees.

Otherwise, it sounds like a wage and hour problem to be taken up with the state monitoring agency.
