My Son is in jail. His wife is going to family court on Monday, Aug. 6th. She will be asking for child support and spousal support. My Son can not attend. She has accused Him of threats. They were both drinking and He lost His job of 8 years and has not went to trial yet. Now He has no means to support or hire an attorney. How can he postpone the family court hearing or is there anything He can do?
