My wifes mother
My wifes mother died , but she was married to a man. They have been seperated for almost 20 years. Does he have any right to make decisions in the funeral? She has already been cremated. The funeral director misunderstood my wife when ask if she was married. What do we do?

Well, it sounds like it's too late for anybody to make a decision about anything. I don't understand the problem. Consult with a local attorney.
