paraphernalia charges
i got charged with having paraphernalia on me ( a pipe) and i was wondering what the best thing for me to do and what i should suspect?

2. Hire an attorney. If you can't afford an attorney, you can have one appointed for you.
There are attorneys in WA who specialize in defending people charged with marijuana crimes. Do a Google search of Washington marijuana attorneys or something similar to find them
