per diem discrimination
I have worked for the same company for 20 years. I recently found out that they have been paying other employees a daily per diem for food expenses, but not to me, nor did they offer it. They also denied other workers per diem based on the fact that they were not married with children. They have just begun paying me per diem in the last year or so.

Your question is marked to indicate that Missouri law applies. I can't answer with respect to Missouri's laws, but under either California or Federal law I think you would have a hard time proving actionable discrimination, especially since you do not suggest that there is government involvement.
