Power of Attorney

I have been divorced for several years and in the divorce decree,my ex-spouse was awarded the house.I have a signed Power of Attorney decreeing the house to her but I still can't get it off of my credit report.I have sent copies to the credit bureaus but it seems to be a joke with them I also sent a copy to the mortgage company but they state that they have signec contract to pay the mortgage.

I am sure there is a remedy for this and I am solociting help to resolve this issue.

Re: Power of Attorney

Your so-called Power of Attorney is not effective to change the contractual terms of the mortgage. You need an order from the court ordering her to acqire a new mortgage. Neither credit bureaus nor mortgage companies will listen to what your are saying with a power of attorney.
