Reckless by speeding ticket in VA

I got a reckless by speeding ticket in Fairfax, VA in June. it was 80 mph 50 mph zone. I decided to take the driving improvement class. Can you advice me whether to take a lawer or not. I have previous driving ticket bu, those are three years a go.

Yes, if you can afford it, you would be well advised to hire an attorney to ensure that you emerge from this situation with the minimum adverse consequences. Reckless driving is, after all, a Class 1 misdemeanor, and, therefore, not just a traffic infraction but a criminal offense which you will certainly not want to have on your record as a conviction.
