restitution
I have been ordered to pay restitution in the amount of 50000 to GMAC mortgage. I have an offer to pay refi. this and need to know if this is considered paid in full to GMAC if I do this?

If I understand your question correctly, you are simply proposing to take a loan to pay the restitution. If so, yes, it is still being paid.
