What constitutes stealing by deceit? A customer took his truck without paying the bill. He was notified the truck was ready and the amount. The truck was locked sitting on our shop lot when he came over the New Year weekend using a s second key to get the truck. Never once did he respond to phone calls. The bill is now 6 weeks old plus the truck is running every day with no issues.

What you have is unpaid bill, not a theft case. It doies nto appear form yrou request that there is any question that the customer owns the vehicle. How could he steal his own truck? If you need assistance collecting the debt, you may email me at [email protected]

Good luck
