I have an employment agreement but company is asking to go part time and be paid half. If I refuse will I be terminated for cause ?

If the request to go to part time is related to the Covid-19 outbreak, as a practical matter, it might be wise to negotiate with your employer as this will hopefully be a temporary situation. It would be well worth your while to engage an employment attorney to review your contract and draft a written addendum to your employment contract regarding any modification to protect your interests.
