Hi, My Mom had her last will done in the state of Illinois and now she will be moving to AZ to live. Will she need to re do the will or can she just get it amended?

The will is fine and would be effective without anything, but if it is intended as a long-term move I usually suggest a new one or at least a review. More important may be powers of attorney, DNRs, which would be better recognized and easier to use if the local form is used.
