My mother was asked to upload additional documents at her IR5 interview on November 26,2019 in Mumbai , INDIA. So we uploaded the requested W2 from the sponsor in January4,2020 but haven't received any update till now. How long it takes to go through this process.
I agree with Attorney Feldman. The NVCs time frame has been delayed because of the coronavirus. Call the NVC to request the status of your case.
No way to know especially as many consulates are closed for the virus. Send an inquiry through their portal.
