I have been granted plenary guardianship of my granddaughter and my guardianship papers state that i can: contract,to sue and defend lawsuits,to apply for and receive government or other benefits, take possession of and manage the wards property and income,to determine wards residence, consent to medical treatment,to make decisions concerning social environment and other aspects of life.the ward is residing at my residence, does this mean that her mother cannot come here against my wishes and take the ward out of my house without my permission? She has stated that she could come here anytime with the police and take her.
