i left my ex husband two houses in our divorce, the papers state he had 90 days to sell or refinance them to get my name off, it has been two years and 1 house his in foreclosure and the other one is in good standing, my question is since he didnt sell/refi can i go after him for half the value of the remaining home
Probably not, although you might be able to seek specific performance (force the sale) or recover any actual damages you have suffered or will suffer by his failure to do what the decree required.
