I want to file under VAWA . I saw the news on internet that VAWA has not been re-authorized this year.Can you please confirm on this that-Is VAWA active or not currently.Can i file under VAWA now?
VAWA expired October 2011 & has not be re-authorized yet. So, unfortunately, you can no longer file under this category. Keep checking the USCIS website for any changes by Congress.
