Im trying to get a copy of my sons ssn but his mother wont give it to me, I tried calling the child support agency but they refused to give to me, also I called the Social Security office and they said I needed a birth certificate but I dont have that either so what can I do?

Ms. Kock is right about what you really need to do for long term. Short term you can get a certified copy of the birth certificate from the county recorder in the county where he was born.
