In the state of MA will i lose my exhusbands pension that i am collect half of. He retired 12 years ago and we divorced 15 years ago.

It depends on the terms of your divorce. If it says you are to receive half of his pension then you will continue to get it barring a filing to change the allocation for some reason. If you divorced in another state moving to MA will not change your divorce decree or separation agreement.
