Why would the the wrecker tow the vehicle to the man's yard instead of inpounding the vehicle. Why did the police wait 9 hour before notifying my mother in law. And how on earth does a person charged with dui and homicide by vehicle get only a $1500 bond
focus on the claim. The bond is up to the judge. If the person is not a flight risk they can be let off with no bond!
Time the police waited to notify--may have been looking for a spouse first. Who knows and it really doesn't matter.
They don't impound for everything--if they got the evidence via photos, all they need.
