Someone in my family, I believe it's my baby's mother has been making false accusations to CPS about drug abuse in my home all cases were unfounded. It is now just happened to me once again and I do not want to go out with the Coronavirus how will I take a drug test this time I have not responded to them for the house visit yet. I'm tired of going through this what can I do and what are my rights during this time. I have seen them once and they have seen my child outside I do not want anyone in my home with the coronavirus going on in New York. Please tell me my rights. the place where you take a urine test is very far and I do not want to go on trains and buses I have not responded yet please tell me my rights
The American legal system is a reflection of what a spoiled brat would do given a situation. The brat would ignore warnings of danger and would serve only himself as everyone else endures a crisis. The child protective apparatus is an example of a spoiled brat getting what he wants every time and you have no options but to obey the brat.
The legal system also employs mentally challenged people among its ranks. These people are fundamentally evil, and they can enjoy their passions while operating under a “protect-the-child” umbrella. Our nation is full of such people. In California, amid the corona virus outbreak, Californians are calling 911 on their neighbors when these neighbors cough. Then comes a group of cops and medical personnel to take someone for placement in a hospital for the neighbor’s own good.
Our courts allow all this to take place because of the labeling involving protection of children. The more cruel a family court judge is, the more court personnel say the judge is protecting kids. Protecting kids becomes the mantra recited to mask the violations of due process and the taking of children into state custody.
Maybe this corona virus pandemic will open peoples’ eyes and we will vote this sick bullsh*t off the books and come up with something citizen-centric in recognition that we the people decide our destiny and not a family court judge.
