Sue academic advisor?

Hi. I've been having a problem at school since my freshman year in college. There's a mother who is living in the dorm with her daughter. Since day one, I've been getting threats from this woman...she's tried to get me fired from various jobs...she's taken various pseudonyms and has encouraged people to beat me up...someone even broke into my dormroom and trashed the place...she's sent various emails to my fellow classmates tarnishing my character. I tried to get in contact with the university's attorney...no response. I had a meeting with all the undergraduate deans about the matter...nothing. I've suffered mentally, physically, and academically since I arrived at my college. I am suffering from a post traumatic stress disorder plus I have been recently diagnosed with Graves Disease due to all the stress. Plus, and most painful of all, I've been academically punished by my advisor because I withdrew unofficially from 3 of my classes--classes that this mother and daughter BOTH attended--and my advisor, who is aware of the situation, encouraged me to take. Is there anything I can do? I don't have any money...I can't even take summer classes because I'm from a low income family. Help, please.

is it illegal for a teacher to partake in sexual activity with an of age [18+ years old] person who is still attending high school but within a different district? meaning there was no prior professional relationship before the potential personal relationship.

I have recently finished a Nursing program but my nursing director is holding the transcripts until we pass a Kaplin review test which is not part of the classes that are requried for the ASN degree for nursing, can they do this legally?

Multiple Sclerosis and Discrimination

I currently attend a university in my area. recently I was diagnosed with MS. I have done poorly this semesterd and think they may terminate me. My question is is this discrimination? I have done poorly before and someone told me if I tried to bring a case that this might affect the case. My doctor told me and I have records that say I have had this for a while, much longer than just the physical symptoms. Anyone familiar to MS knows that fatiuge is the biggest problem those of us with the disease face. I don't want to be out a degree and some hundred thousand dollars just because my school dose not understand my condition( which i presented to them and have had talks with the counslers and addministration on a regular basis).They have not said what they are going to do yet but i finish in two quarters. So I have almost graduated. The stress from this and from possibly not getting my degree have caused my condition to worsen. I do not have medical documentation on this because I was not insurred at the time I was diagnosed and am now unable to secure a provider as per my prexisting condition.

Notice of release from management position

Is there any recourse at all if a notice of release from a management position is received? There where no evaluations, documentations, etc. The person was a ''whistleblower'' regarding a misuse of funds in the district and this appears to be the reason for the notice.

Teacher Abuse/Assault

My 3rd grade son was assaulted by his teacher dumping his desk onto his feet resulting in his textbooks injurying his foot causing a HUGE bruise, and throwing a stack of papers into his face. The

Principal, and School Bd are denying this incident occurred. Other children told me of this assault BEFORE my son. The school nor school bd spoke to this child about the incidents. I called DCF, they claim they have no jurisdiction, though sent me a report stating an injury did occur. My question to you is can I go to my local police dept and file a complaint with them regarding this incident since their initial involvement was due to me calling DCF? I even questioned the police dept about speaking to this child who saw the incident, and they too have not spoken to this child. No one has spoken to this child even though I have asked over and over. I did contact the detective who was in charge of investigating this case and asked him to speak to the child and he told me the case was closed. After 45 minutes of explaining my position, he agreed to speak to his superior and let me know if this case can be reopened. According to the police report, they did not speak to any children, only the Principal of the school was interviewed. Thanks!

19. He thought that this

psychologist was going to be his

therapist and vented everything.

There are things that he said that he

does not want released to school

officials but they were already

released by the phsycologist who

interviewed him prior to him

reviewing the final report. Are there

Creating a website

My child goes to a private school. The administration ignores bullying by folks with money or connections. They ignore my concerns when students call others gay, whores or terrorists, etc. Can I write a blog or put emails on a website so others are aware of their practices? My child has been sexually harrassed here. (Police report filed by me and the school). Is there a public entity that would investigate criminal neglect on the school administration or is this only a civil case?

My school lunch sent me to the hospital.

Can you sue a high school for eating school lunch containing peanut oil (not knowing it was in the lunch, of course), which you had an allergic reaction too? I cut out of school and went to a hospital, which I have records and a doctors note from. Do I have a case?

Im pretty mad because my teacher who has a bad attitude and uses vulgar language and curses a lot in class just gave us an assignment requiring us to sell at least 1 of 2 floral arrangements for a TEST GRADE - It's Tuesday right now and she said if you don't sell it by next tuesday you get an F! This is a bad teacher, some classes she doesn't even teach she just lets us talk and listen to music or do what we want. But the question I am asking is that I want to know if it is Illegal to give students and assignment requiring them to just sell an object ( which requires no knowledge ) and if the student doesn't sell it they get an F?

Forgery

teach at a community college. One of my students typed a document under my name requesting permission to sit in on a class in a local high school. She said in the document that this observation was for an assignment in my class, although I had not assigned such a project. The letter read as if I had written it and included my name, title, and the name of my college at the bottom. Is this forgery? What are the legal ramifications, if any?

MA DOE licensensure

I was arrested for OUI-liquor in the state of Massachusetts in 1999, and my case was ''continued without a finding,'' I thought meant that my record would be cleared after paying all fines, following the conditions set forth, and not getting in trouble for some period afterwards (I did everything required and haven't been in trouble since). Currently I'm about to submit my application for a teacher's license in the state of Massachusetts. However, the department of education application requires either affirming the following or writing a letter of explanation:

I have not been convicted of any crime or received deferred adjudication (e.g., continued without a finding) or admitted to sufficient facts, nor am I currently charged with any crime (misdemeanor or felony). [Do not include minor traffic violations.]

Can I affirm this since my case was so long ago - or is this ''continued without a finding'' going to follow me, and complicate/interfere with my educator's license and future career? If this is still on my record as ''deferred adjudication'' with no expiration, can I get this expunged? If so, how?
