My boyfriend signed my sons birth certificate, but he is not his biological father now he doesn't want to be daddy anymore is he legally responsible, or can he have his named removed

If he is not the biological father and did not adopt your son, he is not legally responsible. You shoulod contact the local prosecutor's ivD program for an inexpensive way of collecting support from the biological father.
