my ex fiancee took my daughter to visit her family up in oklahoma, and this is supposed to be my weekend with my daughter, if my ex dont bring her back by thursday when its our 2 hrs together or by the next weekend i'm supposed to have my daughter what can i do about that, do i have to file a police report to show proof that she wasnt there or what, she tends to visit family and not come back.

Do you have a court order? If so, you can file contempt against him.
If there is no court order, then go to OK and pick up your child. I would call the sheriff, constable or police before you go and explain the situation to them. See if one policing agency will go with you to pick up the child.
