Child Support
The father of my child has agreed to pay child support but want to go the legal route through the court sysytem. Do you think I need a lawyer? Also, are there free lawyers that can help me if I do need one?

You should never go into court without an Attorney. And, the old adage remains true..."you get what you pay for." So, if you want someone to use their professional time and not charge you to help your child get money then go to the DA's office and ask them to file for the child support.
