Yes. Federal and Kentucky state law limit the percentage amount your wages can be garnished for payment of overdue child support, but there is no limit to the amount of bank deposits which can be attached for a child support (or any other) judgment.
Essentially, any funds you have on deposit in a bank can be garnished, up to the total amount of your child support arrearage.
