discrimination on the job

I am a supervisor of a transportation company. About a week ago one of my supervisors made the statement that he was allergic to black people in front of myself and one of my drivers. The incident was written up but somehow never made it to the Human Recourses department even though i left a copy of the write up for her. Is there any legal action i can take against the company because there is alot of covering up going on that can be proved. Also the supervisor that made the comment is currently still employed there and has a history of write ups because of his behavior

Re: discrimination on the job

No. If does not appear from your post that you have suffered any damage. Just follow up with human resources.
