how can i obtain spouse maintaince and let my husband pay for the divorce when my lawyer does not want to ask the judge. i am physical and metal disable and i cannot support my self in the workforce or afford attorney fee's and live the rest of this month with change and no gas, and got kicked out of the house when we have the cottage on the same property when it's community property

If you meet the requirements for spousal maintenance, get a new lawyer. It's always up to the judge to order attorneys fees. Maybe you qualify. Doesn't (or shouldn't) cost any Get a new lawyer. Good Luck.
