i have been paying back child support for years ,now im 4no0 percent permanently disabled no income.my daughter is 32yrs old. ca i get this case closed

You can try to file to have it settled with a lump sum or some other motion to terminate the arrearages. You may have a case if your income is severly affected by your disability.
