Holographic Will

My father had me write a will for him in 1999. He signed it and so did my Mom. After 52 years of marriage, they divorced and he remarried. There are many thing that were in the will that he no longer has and what he does has according to the will he wrote it was to be left to my mother. My step-mother is fast selling off all of his posession witout any consideration to my feelings. is this will legal and what do I do now.

Re: Holographic Will

It is impossible to answer your questions without seeing the will. You should consult an attorney to review the will and advise you of your options.
