lawsuit settlement
In 2005 I received a settlement for a grievance I filed the amount was 9000.00. Now in 2007 I am schedule to receive the interest from this settlement. How do they determine the amount of interest each individual will get, two years later?

I would require more information on how your settlement is structured. Typically where the rate is not specified in an agreement, it follows a standard "judgment rate," which varies.
