Legal Wills In Pennsylvania

What constitutes a legal will in Pennsylvania? What are the forms needed?

At it most basic, a will is any writing made in contemplation of the creator's death, which has instructions that are intended to take effect at the creator's death and is signed at the end. Pa. requires all makers to be at least 18 and of sound mind.
