My husban is tryin to take my lil girl from me.
My husband and I are still married, but we don't live together. So I have agreed to let him have her on his days off Tuesdays thru thursdays. I'm afraid that he wont bring her back cause i know he will be moving to Alabama soon. If he doesn't bring her back, what can i do?

Hire a lawyer, get a divorce (or separate maintenance), and deal with the issues properly.
