seperated father took kids
my ex has the kids and wont let me see or talk to them for the past 2 months. now he is saying he is moving to another state with them. he says if i want my stuff back that i have to sign my rights away. what can i do?

You certainly don't have to sign your rights away, but you're giving them away by not getting a lawyer. He's going to take those kids to another state where it is going to be very expensive for you to try to get them back. Better find some money and hire a lawyer.
