stipulated unlimited judgement of seperation

1) Wife lied and said she had breast cancer. said we could work on our marriage, prove i don't need to be in control adn sign this agreement. RE: the subject; i did and she had no intention of getting back together nor come to find out did she have breast cancer. Can this agreement be changed. it states she gets half of whatever we will work out visitation, but i don't get visitation. My son asked why he couldn't see me more so i told her i was done because nothing she said did she hold true too, but as a fool i trusted her.. Our child wants to see his daddy and she won't have it unless she can control it. Is there hope ?

Re: stipulated unlimited judgement of seperation

YES. there is hope. File for divorce. It starts are whole new ballgame. Whatever happened in the separation proceeding is not controlling on the divorce court proceedings and sets no precedent.
