I have joint custody in Oklahoma. 70% in my favor. My ex wife has not taken our son when she is scheduled and just moved out of state on a 3 day notice. She also has not paid me any child support since she was ordered to in June. What do I need to do to pursue sole custody?

The answer to your question is you need to file a Motion to modify (MTM). You also should think about filing a contempt citation against the ex. (Contempt is willfully disobeying a court order) Good luck
