My 5yo daughter has selective mutism. (aniety disorder). She rec's free breakfast and lunch. The principal did not allow her to eat either meal for 3 or more days, until she responds to him. (disorder dosent let her do this.) Principal is also bullying teacher and threatening her job. 504 plan was set up and teacher was told by principal she is NOT allowed to contact me in any form or she risks her job. Do I have a legal case against this man for failure to do his job and assist my child! (we feel he is abusive!). Thank You

Yes, there is a legal remedy available for enforcement of a 504 Plan.
