My car's transmission broke down. I gave to a shop where they assured rebuilding the transmission as well as 27000 miles warrenty. After they rebuiled the transmission, I had to take my car to them every week to get it fixed again. They reset the computer and it drives ok for a day or two then start braking down on me again. I have given them 5 to 6 times to fixed it and they are not doing a good job. What legal action i can take and what kind of lawyer deals with this kind of issue. Please help.
