My grandson's parents were never married. The mother will not allow my son nor I visitation. Can I get grandparent visitation despite the fact my son doesn't have his rights established yet?

Short version: No. In Nevada, grandparental rights are derivative, so if your son is not on the birth certificate, you are not technically the grandparent (if he is, you are). Full details, controlling statutes, etc., posted at: http://www.willicklawgroup.com/child_custody_visitation.
