ok, I have physical custody of my girls. I was staying with my ex's family , until that was no longer a good thing and they told me to get out. So I moved my girls with me to my friends house . Unfortunately that didnt work but for a little over a month. So once again I moved them with me to another friends house . The friend Im living with now has some things going on in her own life that im not trying to intrude on. My ex took them on the weekend he was supposed to get them. And instead of bringing them back to me. Kept them at his families house. And in turn I was told they were to stay there until I get my own residency .Or they were to call social services on me. I know this cant be legal, but I dont want to jeprodise the people im staying with either, just for helping me out. What can I do? I feel like my back is against the wall. My plan from the begining when they initially told me to get out , was to have my own place in feb. And now im set to move in on feb 4th.

You have not stated what your prior court order permits in detail. If your were granted physical custody by court on prior date...send him certified letter you will be picking them up on that date and to have them ready. Document and have witnesses. Hire attorney. Sheryl Shane. Attorney at Law.
