I went to jail in 2018 on a violation of probation warrant. For non report. My wife dropped my kids off at my brothers and took off. She returned I think 2 times to visit until my brother realized she was abusing drugs and the court appointed him and his wife guardianship. I was released March of 2019 and met the requirements to get my kids back. Still no word from my wife and I need to file divorce and file for custody but I don’t know how nor can I really afford a lawyer. Also While kids was in brothers custody she was told she could see the kids once she has passed drug testing and that’s when she dropped all contact
