harrasing phone calls
my teen daughter has recieved anumber of disturbing call on her cell phone- the police said that we need to get a supeona to obtain the phone company records as the calls came up as private numgers. what is a sepeona and what do we have to do to get one and what do you do with it once you do get one. thanks alot for your help

Youy will need to contact her cell phone carrier or provider, e.g., T-Mobile, Singular, Nextel, etc., and report these calls as telephone harassment, which is a criminal act.Don't waste your time getting the subpoena andf then trying to do your own investigation. Let the phone company and the police do that. Good Luck!
