Out of State Visitation

My husband has temporarily relocated from IL to CO for his job. He informed his ex more than 2 months ago that he wanted to have the children fly out to CO over their Xmas break. Its states in their Joint parenting agreement that either parent may take the children out of state with reasonable notice however she is refusing to allow him to see them. Her reasoning is that he is behind in child support and she has also told the children that is why they cannot see their father. I have sent letters to her lawyer & the court quoting the IL laws but they go completely ignored because we do not have a lawyer. A. How can we resolve this with his ex and B. isn't this discrimination on the court's behalf and how do I file a complaint?

The answer is in your question. Get a lawyer. That is all there is to it.
