Request to vacate
If two ladies, sisters, one two years older than the other. The older sister lived at a certain residence for several years, an apartment complex. During those several years, some of the residents extorted money from her. The two sisters know who those people are. Then those other people got a restraining order against the younger sister to keep from getting caught. The older sister moved away first. The people who stole that money, the extortionists, conspired together to get the younger sister to have an out burst at two or three of them, so to be able to inact the restraining order. Would a request to vacate the restraining order by me, on behalf of the younger sister work, if criminal negligence by the extortionists were proved?

Probably not. Since the younger sister really did have the outbursts, which presumable justify the protection order, than the order is valid. However, that doesn't mean you cannot pursue legal action for dealing with the extortion. Protection Orders do not prohibit legal action through an attorney or the police.
