selling house w/out consent of spouse
Can I sell our home if my spouse does't want to? I am only one paying on mortgage since she doesn't work. I need to separate from her for a year for divorce, but can't afford to take a room and pay mortgage too. Willing to split profit with her.

If her name is on the deed then you would need her consent.
