Separated but insured on spouse's plan
I am separating, and I have health
insurance now through my husband's
plan. Can he legally drop me from his
health insurance if we are still legally
married but no longer live together?

It would depend on the language in your separation agreement.
If there is no written separation agreement, the answer would be no.
