sexual orientation discrimination

I work for the largest home improvment corperation in America.Approx. 1 1/2 years ago I was promoted t Department manager thats when some of the associates hand made some signs re: gender(I am female) and posted them in the aisles for customers to see. This was reported to our human resource person and a investigation was done with ''no findings''..presently two associates said inappropriate remarks about my sexual orientation. This was reported to Human resources and the two associates did say that it was them and then they said other inappropriate things to other associates about me and so on and so on(also reported to human resources). My car has been vandalized(reported) one of the associates has become very hostile(reported) and because of an injury at work earlier in 2006 they told me I had to leave(light duty expired asper corp.) and when I come back they do not have to hold my position and I will most likely have to transfer to another store! Now I dont want to transfer to another store(this one is local) and I need to know how can I stop this from happening, also how can i stop the harrassment from the associates?I am afraid to loose my job( I am a single mom w/a disabled son) and I dont want to get physically hurt.
